Key Account Manager Pharma

You manage and maintain our customer portfolio, in the pharmaceuticals sector. You attract new customers by targeted prospection. You will be the central point of contact for our customers. You’ll analyze their needs and you’ll help them finding “vision technical” solutions. Herein you will be supported by our R&D engineers and the product manager. You’ll keep the feasibility, the technical solution and the deadlines in mind. You are able to discuss technical issues with the customer and to report these to any colleague it may concern. You map the market. You will be responsible for your own agenda, for making appointments and for the administration of your projects. After an intensive training period, you will merely work from home. You’ll attend the weekly sales meeting, in our offices in Mechelen. You communicate fluently with your colleagues, customers and suppliers, about technical and administrative issues.
Professional Bachelor, or equivalent through experience.
You have already an earlier experience in sales of high technological products or systems in a B2B environment. You are a representative, dynamic person and a commercial talent. You are a strong communicator and you build long term relations with our customers. To understand your market and negotiate with your clients, your analytical and negotiation skills are strongly developed. You are familiar with the current Microsoft Office© applications. You already have a preliminary experience with an ERP system. You communicate and work easily with your colleagues.
You are able to work on a high conceptual level. You never forget about quality and the customer. You’re able to work autonomously and to define the priorities in your job. You have good knowledge of both the country languages and English (written and verbal). You’re flexible and willing to travel for short periods of time.
You are bilingual, Dutch and French and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
